Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your order for a refund within the first 7 days from delivery. The item(s) must be returned in the original unused, unworn condition with the tags still attached. To complete your return, we require the original invoice as proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
* Obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing accessories for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and your account will be credited within 10 business days.
